Scope
Crypto Whales is a community, education, tooling and content platform about cryptoassets. Nothing on this page replaces legal, tax or financial advice.
Data we may process
Account, contact, preference, access, Stripe-processed payment data and interactions needed to provide the service.
Vault data
When you use the Vault, we may process personal/business entities, manual accounts, assets, liabilities, net-worth snapshots, holdings, public wallet addresses, read-only exchange or wallet balances, documentation events, recaps and private audit logs. Read-only CEX API keys are encrypted, masked in interfaces and are not shown again. Stream mode hides values on screen, but it does not change stored records. This data is informational and does not replace official statements, certified accounting or tax obligations. Account deletion removes or purges Vault records where applicable, except retention required for legal or security reasons.
Purposes
We use data for authentication, support, billing, security, product improvement and platform-related communication.
Rights
You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Some records may be retained for legal or security reasons.
App Banter PT VPS (YouTube)
The Banter PT VPS app is an internal tool owned by Pedro Silva. On the Crypto Banter PT YouTube channel it publishes and replies to comments, including the first comment with the weekly promotion, and it adds timestamps and chapters to the descriptions of videos and livestreams. It only acts on the owner's own channel and does not access other users' data.
Data used: video metadata, comments and the description of the owner's own channel, only for the functions above. This data is not sold or shared.
OAuth tokens are stored encrypted on the service VPS and are never shared.
Retention: data obtained through this authorization is kept until the authorization is revoked. Access can be removed at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Stripe
Payments are processed by Stripe. Crypto Whales does not store full card details in its systems.
