Scope
Crypto Whales is a community, education, tooling and content platform about cryptoassets. Nothing on this page replaces legal, tax or financial advice.
Data we may process
Account, contact, preference, access, Stripe-processed payment data and interactions needed to provide the service.
Vault data
When you use the Vault, we may process personal/business entities, manual accounts, assets, liabilities, net-worth snapshots, holdings, public wallet addresses, read-only exchange or wallet balances, documentation events, recaps and private audit logs. Read-only CEX API keys are encrypted, masked in interfaces and are not shown again. Stream mode hides values on screen, but it does not change stored records. This data is informational and does not replace official statements, certified accounting or tax obligations. Account deletion removes or purges Vault records where applicable, except retention required for legal or security reasons.
Purposes
We use data for authentication, support, billing, security, product improvement and platform-related communication.
Rights
You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Some records may be retained for legal or security reasons.
Stripe
Payments are processed by Stripe. Crypto Whales does not store full card details in its systems.
Analytics
Analytics and non-essential cookies should only be used with consent where applicable.
